Our executive chef Paul has 28 years experience in the catering trade and we have a delightful ‘front of house’ team who take great pride in first-class service.  

Paul has extensive experience of wedding catering, corporate events and fine-dining.  Among a long list of accomplishments on his resume, he has personally prepared food for:

  • Her Majesty the Queen and Anne, Princess Royal, at Devon County Show
  • The England Rugby World Cup Team
  • Nigel Mansell at his Golf and Country Club, Woodbury.  
  • Chelsea and Newcastle Premiership football teams 
  • Exeter Chiefs – the West Country’s premier rugby club

We select produce from an impressive list of local suppliers.  All our meat is free-range, sourced in the locality and traditionally butchered by the award-winning master butcher, Dave Haggett.  Fish is sourced from the coastline of Devon and Cornwall.  We are a member of FoodDrinkDevon – Devon’s premier association of artisan producers, showing our commitment to high-quality, local food.
