2016 - Hi Dave,
Just wanted to say how much everyone appreciated the hog roast last Saturday night. We had several local people who have had their fair share of hog roasts and every one of them paid compliment to yours. Many thanks for being a significant contributor to the success of our evening.

I'm sorry this is so late, but, as you might imagine, things have taken a while to settle down! Now Jess and Ed are somewhere beyond the reach of radar or email on the high seas and Nick is in Korea, so there is a moment of calm to say a huge thank you to you and your whole team for everything that you did to make J and E's wedding such a resounding success. An enormous amount of very hard work goes into making such an occasion and you were the backbone of the whole affair. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the pies, about which I am still receiving letters and cards full of accolades! We were all really impressed and enjoyed working with you.

We are just back from honeymoon and wanted to say thank you so much for catering our wedding at Huntsham Court on 28 August. I remember when we booked with you as we were asking loads of questions and just just said we didn't have to worry about anything at all to do with food because you'd take care of it all. Well I can honestly say that of all the suppliers we used you were the best. So professional and so low maintenance! You just turned up and quietly got on with it with no fuss and and delivered an amazing result. It was so good not to have to even think about it. Out guests all commented on the excellent tasty and plentiful food both the BBQ breakfast and the main wedding dinner. Your staff were polite and efficient. An I was very grateful for the extra effort you went to to accommodate my weird dietary requirements! The attention to detail was really impressive. Thank you so much. I would recommend you without reservation.

Just a quick note to say thank you for the wonderful service you gave us for Chris and Emily's Wedding last Saturday. The lamb was superb, so good I noticed there wasn't any left after seconds. The Dorset Apple cake was the best ever (even though it was made in Devon, and not Dorset where we come from). I had 2 slices, I would have had more but I was full. Everyone commented on how good the food was and how lovely everyone serving was. You really helped make the whole event a great success and the efficiency of service was a real triumph - everyone served and eating in super quick time. And thanks for all those little extras of help that made our lives so much easier. Its hard to organise an event like this, but with help from professionals like you it all passed off brilliantly.

A huge 'Thank you'...almost as huge as the pork baps our guests were seen munching! The hog roast exceeded all our expectations. The service was absolutely superb; professional, cheerful and hassle free. It really made the catering side of the reception very special, turning what could have been a rather daunting experience for us, (never having had an event of this size at the farm before) into something thoroughly enjoyable.

Just a note to thank you, Scott and your team for producing such a wonderful lunch for us all on Friday. The hog was roasted to perfection; we had so many positive comments about how delicious it was. We did appreciate Scott giving up his beauty sleep on Thursday night and am so pleased to say that it was definitely worth it. The canapés were excellent, but as you advised too many. I'll know for another time. I would have eaten more if I had had not been nervous about my speech & then dragged off for photographs! Thank you also for unobtrusively clearing away the plates etc & helping the afternoon to run smoothly.
The left overs were appreciated later.
I may well be in touch again next year for another event.

Just a quick line to thank you for your help and co-operation in supplying and attending to our Hog Roast for our 60’s & 70’s night at Bramford Speke in aid of our Presidents Charity ‘Exeter, East & Mid Devon Samaritans’ on Saturday September 1st 2012.
We had over 130 people to the event on the evening and a lot of people commented how tasty the pork was and indeed many came back for seconds.
Your experienced chef did a fantastic job in cooking the hog from about midday ready for everyone to eat on time at approx 8.30pm.
We would have no hesitation in using you again for any future events and recommending you to any other beings or organisations. Again many thanks to you and members of your staff for contributing to making our event so successful.
